The Human Turbine
In this beautiful film, we follow the attempts to harness wind and solar energy for the benefit of the residents of the Palestinian village of Susia. In the process, we get to know extraordinary individuals from both sides of the conflict. They have succeeded in supplying electricity for residents living in tents and caves, figuratively and literally lighting up their lives.
The Time Tunnel
An IBA production that accompanies a group of Jewish resistance fighters to the Kenyan detention camp where they were deported to by the British in 1944 and from which six of them managed to escape by digging a tunnel.
Courtyard
A documentary film following the residents of a condemned courtyard in an old neighbourhood.
